Concrete Foreman

Leads field crews performing roadway, paving, structural concrete, and flatwork construction. Responsible for coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors while maintaining safety, quality, and production goals.

• Lead daily concrete construction operations
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials
• Ensure projects meet specifications and quality standards
• Monitor production and crew performance
• Maintain project schedules and daily reporting
• Communicate with project management and inspectors
• Train and develop crew members
• Promote a strong safety culture

• Concrete construction experience required
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of concrete construction practices
• Valid driver's license required
