At TAB Construction, we believe successful projects are built through strong planning, communication, and execution. We are seeking a Construction Operations Coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting our field operations and production teams.
This position is responsible for helping coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, including workforce planning, equipment scheduling, concrete operations, production planning, and communication between the field and office. The Operations Coordinator works closely with superintendents, foremen, project managers, and leadership to identify potential issues before they impact production and to ensure resources are aligned with company priorities.
This is not a traditional office role. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment where priorities can change quickly. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting the people performing the work in the field.
The Operations Coordinator has a direct impact on project success by helping eliminate delays, improve communication, reduce rework, and keep crews productive.
