Fleet Equipment & Truck Mechanic

Maintains TAB Construction's fleet of trucks, trailers, small engines, and construction equipment. Responsible for preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and supporting field operations to maximize equipment uptime and productivity.

• Diagnose and repair trucks, trailers, and construction equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Repair electrical, hydraulic, engine, and drivetrain systems
• Maintain service records and documentation
• Support crews with equipment breakdowns and urgent repairs
• Inspect and maintain DOT-related equipment items
• Ensure shop cleanliness and organization

• Experience repairing trucks and heavy equipment preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• Own tools required
• Welding and fabrication experience beneficial
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver's license required
