Underground Foreman

Leads underground utility crews performing storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, and related infrastructure work. Responsible for safety, quality, production, crew leadership, and daily coordination of construction activities.

• Lead underground utility crews in daily operations
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials
• Ensure safe trenching and excavation practices
• Read and interpret plans and specifications
• Maintain production schedules and quality standards
• Communicate with project management and inspectors
• Complete daily reports and documentation
• Mentor and develop crew members

• Underground utility construction experience required
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
• Ability to read plans and grades
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of OSHA excavation requirements
• Valid driver's license required
